A Note About Membership Privacy:

Every effort is made to protect the privacy of our members, including email addresses and last names.  However, there exists the potential for human or computer error.  If privacy is a concern for you, please feel free to sign up using only your first name and an email address that does not include your last name.  Email newsletters are delivered using a list server that works like BCC (blind carbon copy) so no member addresses show up in the headers.  

Please be assured that last names and photos are never used on this website without the explicit permission of the people involved.  Before any photos are taken at an activity, we ask permission to take the photos.  Anyone who doesn't want to be in the photos on our website will not be in the photos.  Sometimes, we are just having a bad hair day.  Before any photos are published on this website, they are sent to the people in the photos so we can get a second, more private, confirmation of permission.  At that point, it is easy to crop members who do not want their photos on the website.  If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns, please email Jonathan Blumenthal at jonathan@burgundycrescent.org
